YOGA with Laura Pullin

 

Happy Happy New year all! May this year be a year where we have moments we stop  seeking happiness in body, mind and Self and simply notice that it is already there. 
I am creating the space for REMEMBERING with your personal practice if you are wanting... FEEL good habits are worth creating/continuing!
Here is a reminder of the January schedule- those of you who have already gotten in touch with me- I have saved your space...
Mix and match classes according to where you are that week or choose more then one for balance and more practice time....
Starting January 16 (5 week session) @ (Clean and comfortable) Shuswap Dance Studio  (old elk's hall across from Fletcher Park)


Monday 8:00- 9:15 p.m.  Tues. 9:30-10:45 a.m.  Gentle pure movement class

Good for those new to yoga, those with  resistance (mild pain/stuckness) in the body, experienced yogis who want to take the time to release a little deeper so that other sports and yoga activities flow more easily and effectively, those who want to remember relaxation and ease in body and  mind.... in a nut shell- everyBODY!  (I have used these gentle opening, releasing and stengthening exersices before and after skiing recently and am always AMAZED how un-stuck and connected  I feel!)

Wed. 8:00- 9:15 p.m. Thur. 9:30- 10:45 a.m. Vinyasa Flow class

Good for experienced yogis (with limited resistance in the body) to enjoy a flow from posture to posture. Using awareness through movement and listening to your natural inner rhythm, we will experience "meditation" in dynamic, pure motion and through the pauses of stillness... Listen and explore and "go with the flow"... (I still like to play with a flow series of postures for the sheer DELIGHT in moving and paying attention).

 

 

 

Cost $60 per session $15 for drop ins $6 each additional class if signed up for a session make ups available during this 5 week session

Bring- eager bodies, yoga mat and blanket ( if you have them)
